Pouzolles is a lively village with a cafe / restaurant which serves decent food daily throughout Summer. The pizza van and oyster man come once a week, and fruit & veg and meat market is on twice a week. There is also a bakery, small grocers and tabac.

The park with boules court offers a playground for children and hosts the Brasucade every Friday night in July and August. You can enjoy wonderful walks in the vines. The village is also home to 3 wineries where you can go for tastings.

In the surrounding villages there are good restaurants, including one in nearby Magalas which must be booked well in advance. Rivers and lakes, mediterranean beaches, the Languedoc National Park, kayaking on the River Orb, visiting medieval villages, browsing the antiques shops of Pezenas, local markets, village festivals… there are so many things to do in this area.
